Company owns a modern, well equipped “In House” Analytical laboratory possessing all state of Art facilities to conduct chemical and microbiological tests for quality control procedure as per IS 14543:2003. We have done calibration and Checking of every single calibrating instrument by NABL Accredited laboratory in every single year.

With highly efficient Chemist and Microbiologist our Product water has been tested all the time in our advance laboratory and the company has earned a good reputation in Quality Assurance. We sent our daily sample to internationally reputed NABL accredited outside laboratory for some particular chemical and microbiological tests of our product as per IS 14543:2003.

Our Production stuffs, Workers, Production engineer, plant manager each and every one has been well trained to maintain good hygiene practice and quality assurance of our product. We also have a Pest Control Policy with a certified Pest Control Unit to make our factory environment healthy.

Every single drop of water that drips into a bottle of Wavy has go through an advanced eight-stage purification process – 

1. At first raw water is stored from Bore well in Raw Water Store Tank through an Oxidized chamber. 

2. Then it is taken to Sand Filter by Pump.  

3. Hypo Chloride is dosed in water by Dosing Pump before it is taken to Sand Filter. 

4. Then it is passed through Activated Carbon Filter and Micron Filter respectively. 

5. Now the water is entered into RO Block. 

6. In between RO Block and Micron Filter Anti Scaling is dosed in the water by dosing Pump. Again after RO Block Dosing and UV light is applied. 

7. After processing the water through RO Block, Salt of Sodium and Potassium added to water then it is stored in S.S. Store Tank.  

8. Again the processed water is passed through 0.2 Micron Filter and ozonator to the Filling Area.
